1. Eligibility

• The platform is open to participants worldwide; there are no location restrictions.
• There is no age requirement to access the course content.

2. Membership Access and Content

• Access to the platform is granted through an active membership.
• Members can choose between:
  • A monthly plan at $80/month, or
  • A yearly plan at $510/year (a discounted rate).
• Membership includes:
  • Full access to all recorded course content
  • Access to the private Discord help server
  • Participation in one live Q&A session per week
• Content is updated regularly to reflect the latest developments in AI and software engineering.

3. Restrictions on Sharing and Resale

• Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Members may not share login credentials, resell, or redistribute any content from the platform.
• Violating this policy will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.

4. Code of Conduct and Misconduct Policy

• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any detected plagiarism in discussions or shared work may result in disciplinary action.
• All platform content is copyright protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without explicit permission.
• Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior in the community or live events will lead to permanent removal from the platform without a refund.

5. Course Updates and Changes

• Content is continuously improved.
• Access to all updates is included while your membership is active.
• Once a membership is canceled or expires, access to content and future updates is revoked.

6. Certification

• Members who complete specific course tracks may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
• The certificate does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including but not limited to:
  • Internet outages
  • Hardware or software malfunctions
  • Downtime of third-party services
• No refunds will be issued for missed Q&A sessions or inability to access content due to user-side issues.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their membership at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial periods (e.g., canceling mid-month or mid-year).
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
